Our Engineer is a registered Building partitioner who has over 25 years’ experience in project design installation commissioning.

Design

At SMW Electrical our designs take into consideration a number of elements, these being but not limited to:

Concept - working with an idea an coming up with a solution that is not only feasible financially but works beyond the expectation of the initial concept.

Opportunities – Looking at the concept and looking for opportunities within the concept

Risks – What are the risks with the concept and potential risks outside but related to the concept. By working with Risk assessment tools, we can look into what risks may be hiding within the project.

Implementation of the project – Management of the installation/ project to ensure a safe and effective installation and commissioning of the project. This stage of the project has a lot of unseen risks that can if not identified have a lasting effect for the project.

Life cycle – what is the intended life cycle how this needs to be supported during all phases of the intended life cycle. This may include elements of commissioning, maintenance and then life cycle ending.

Safety – we look deep into the safety of not only the equipment but the personnel who operate the equipment. We look for both operational safety issues as well as maintenance issues and risks.
